Responsibilities:

- Task Coordination: Facilitate the assignment of tasks among team members based on their skills and experience. Ensure that everyone understands their responsibilities and how their work fits into the larger project framework.
- Tracking Progress: Utilize project management tools to track the progress of tasks and milestones, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and identifying any potential delays early on.
- Timely Deliverables: Monitor the delivery of work from all departments, ensuring that deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. Implement strategies to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate regular production meetings to discuss project status, address challenges, and encourage team input. Keep detailed minutes and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in production coordination or a related role in film, television, or media.
- Familiarity with the production process from pre-production to post-production.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Understanding of production budgeting and cost control processes.
